Minimal Oak Staircase, Embedded Glass
When you have a large gallery landing area looking over a hall its important to not have it be too overpowering, it should accompany the space as opposed to dominating it. In this instance the staircase is the biggest part of this hallway, with it winding from the ground up to the second floor.
Made up of a minimal style, this glass and oak creation fits with the white walls and beige ceramic floor, adding a darker contrast with the timber. The light available through the rear windows is maximized to its fullest with the glass balustrade and the bright colored walls.
The client has finished the staircase off with a clear finish and has decided to use matching doors for the ground and first floor hallway, oak, Vancouver doors are used as they match the minimal feel of the stairs.
